Mailbox parcels are sent via DPD or PostNL at € 6.50 (Netherlands only)
Parcels up to 30 kg are sent (insured) via DPD, PostNL or DHL at € 9.50 (Netherlands) or € 11 (Wadden Islands) and € 12.50 (Germany and Belgium), other countries on request.

In exceptional cases, another carrier may be used.

Length freight (whips from 140 cm stick length) are sent via GLS from € 15,- (costs depend on length of whip; Netherlands, Belgium , Germany)

The recipient will receive a track code by e-mail to track the package.

When ordering items with different delivery times (which need to be special ordered or are temporarily out of stock) ordered together with items with standard delivery times, all items will be delivered at the same time. This means that the order will not be fulfilled until the last item is available for delivery. To avoid this, you can choose to split the order. This split order can also be sent by e-mail (info@demenner.nl) are passed on.

You may treat the products received just as you would in a physical shop. If this requires opening the packaging, please do so as neatly as possible. For example, when trying on harnesses or blankets, put a thin sheet underneath. And also brush the pony or horse when trying on leg protectors, for example. Fitted items should be carefully cleaned before returning them.

Items manufactured to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person are not covered by the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned.

You should carefully examine upon delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. Differences in size and colour of the products shown on the internet site should be taken into account. If the products do not comply with the agreement, you must inform us in writing, stating reasons, as soon as possible and in any case within seven (7) working days after delivery, or at least after observation was reasonably possible.

The legal guarantee applies to all articles. This means that an article must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you have purchased an item where this is not the case, we will offer a suitable solution as soon as possible. Depending on the article, we will do this by repair or replacement. Was the problem with the item caused by misuse? Then you are not entitled to free repair or replacement. Have you used the item normally but it has simply worn out? Then you are also not entitled to free repair or replacement.
