Since buying in an online shop is different from buying in a physical shop, as a customer (consumer) you have the right to abandon the purchase without giving a reason and return items. You can do this in several ways:
- You can return the order immediately without notifying us first. In this case, a period of 14 days after receipt of the order applies. Please use the return slip provided with the order for this purpose.
- However, you can also inform us within 14 days of receiving the order that you do not want it after all. To do so, you can use the model form (Cancellation Statement, enclosed with the General Terms and Conditions). After receiving this notification, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. After you have notified us, you still have 14 days to return the order.

We will refund the total purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, provided we have received the order back in good order. We will refund using the same means by which you paid, including standard shipping and/or other costs. If only part of the order is returned, these costs will not be refunded.
* This right of withdrawal is a consumer-only right. If items have been purchased in company name, we reserve the right to refuse returns or make other arrangements. Shipping costs for return shipment are not refunded
