MENU VOUCHER CONDITIONS
In addition to the General Terms and Conditions, these Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions apply to the gift vouchers offered by VOF De Menner, hereinafter referred to as De Menner. By using the gift voucher, you agree to the applicability of the applicable terms and conditions and undertake to comply with them. These terms and conditions apply to gift vouchers offered by De Menner.

1. Each gift voucher is provided with a unique code. This is a combination of numbers and/or letters. Each gift voucher / code is provided only once. You must keep the gift voucher and the code carefully. In case of theft (including the use by unauthorised third parties of the code) or loss of the gift voucher there will be no compensation. Only original gift vouchers and codes can be used and must be provided upon request. The Menner reserves the right to accept a gift voucher only after receipt of the original gift voucher and to require cash payment in case of improper use.

2. Gift vouchers issued by De Menner are only redeemable in respect of purchases from the relevant web shop, i.e. www.demenner.nl and from De Menner's driving Mensport trailer.

3. To use a gift voucher in the webshop, you need to place your selected products in the "shopping cart". During the ordering process, you then enter the exact code within the discount code box and click apply. To use the gift voucher in the driving shop, you can hand it over at checkout.

4. The nature, value, duration, expiry date and/or any applicable other specific conditions of use can be found on the gift voucher. Every gift voucher is valid until one year after the mentioned issue date. After the expiry date, the gift voucher can no longer be used.

5. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

6. If the total amount of the order exceeds the value of the used gift voucher(s), the remaining amount can be paid by another payment method (iDEAL, prepayment or cash).

7. It is not permitted to alter, forge, subvert or otherwise compromise gift vouchers or their operation (including hacking).

8. Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorised act will be recorded and will result in the use of gift vouchers being denied.

9. It is not permitted to use gift vouchers in any way for commercial purposes and/or for purposes other than those for which they were issued.

10. These Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. We advise you to consult the Gift Voucher Conditions each time before using a gift voucher. If you continue to use gift vouchers after the modifications have taken effect, you accept the modified gift voucher conditions.

11. If you have any questions or comments on the use of the gift vouchers or problems with the redemption please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at info@demenner.nl . The Menner will then deal with your question as soon as possible.

12. Your data will be processed and included in our customer database in accordance with the objective as registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You have the right to inspect and correct your data. The data you provide may be used for our own marketing and promotional purposes as well as for offers from carefully selected third parties. If you do not wish your personal data to be used for the above purposes, please inform us in writing
