The Zilco Classic saddle has Zilco's unique elastomeric flexible tree, which conforms to the shape of most horses to give good spine clearance. This Classic model is a finer saddle for pleasure driving, dressage and marathon driving. Contoured high density removable foam panels. Full and Cob size are fitted with 45 mm deep panels. Pony size is fitted with 30 mm deep panels. Classic saddle girth points are 25 mm (1″) wide and lined for durability.
Cob and full saddles have large stainless steel rings to which connecting straps are fitted. These straps are used to support the tugs (single) or breastplate (pair).
The pony saddle has an integrated back strap, so connecting straps are not required. This gives more room for adjustment of the shaft loop position for ponies.
